Ready for school banner

Ready for School is a program of United Way Centraide North East Ontario/Nord-est de l’Ontario which prepares low-income local children in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 for the upcoming school year by providing a day of shopping where they are able to select and purchase the supplies they need to be successful for the upcoming school year, including school supplies, clothing, and books.

Please complete one form per family, including all applicable children on one application. Applicable youth and their family must have a demonstrated financial need, and at least one child attending or entering a local elementary school in September 2024.

Please also note that due to high demand, the completion of a referral form does not guarantee admittance into the program. Selected nominees and their referrer will be contacted to confirm their participation.
